SLOW ATTENTION
We create the conditions for looking to become a form of listening.
EST. 2018 · ACCRA / LONDON

ARC / FORM is an independent contemporary art gallery creating encounters between material, memory and the body.
Artists, exhibitions and ideas remain in motion around one shared centre: the encounter.
This site is a design concept, not a gallery. There is no 2018 founding, no venue and no programme; the artists and exhibitions are written for the mock-up. The programme grew through studio conversations, temporary exhibitions and public gatherings.
Today, the gallery works across Accra and London while remaining grounded in West African material intelligence, experimental practice and the belief that exhibitions should be felt before they are explained.
“We do not place work inside rooms. We build rooms around the questions the work is asking.”
We create the conditions for looking to become a form of listening.
Matter is never neutral. It carries labour, place, pressure and time.
The gallery remains open to sound, weather, movement and the city around it.
Representation is built through trust, research and sustained conversation.
